Our Story
Claudia Bernal, a native of Mexico, established her baking business in fall 2011 from her home kitchen. Her passion for pastries developed during childhood, learning traditional Mexican baking techniques in her grandmother's kitchen.
"Ever since she was a young girl she has been fascinated by pastries of all kinds."
These heritage methods remain central to her current work, ensuring every creation carries the warmth and authenticity of traditional baking.
Role & Dedication
Claudia serves as owner, baker, and artist, personally crafting each creation. She maintains hands-on involvement in every aspect of production, ensuring quality and artistic vision throughout.
